Colorism is an issue for some new world peoples including Blacks and Latinos but I wouldn't call it a huge problem. The examples you provide are of extremely crazy people (as I'm sure you are aware) and in no way do they represent Aframs in general. Your deep concern for Black people is heartwarming as usual.
