Its homogeneity is due to isolation, there is not a single site in japanese that promotes racial eugenicism, let alone in chinese or korean. Japanese nationalism is not racialism.

By Western standards they are racialists though. There are many "Japanese-only" bars and shops and most Japanese families would not want their children marrying any foreigner. There are also thousands of right-wing groups in Japan.
