The only people that engage in Hooliganism are some drunk low class fucks with no education and nothing else better to do. Despite that, it still happens here. They're considered dumbfucks by most people though.

The Smartest person I Ever met was a Polish Hooligans.
He said there are even Doctors & Lawyers in Polish Hooligan firms.

I think Slavics differ from other people.

In the fact that there are Alot of Tough Slavic people who love fighting & Still are Educated & Extremely Intelligent.

Like Ukrianian Boxer Wladimir Klischko has a PHD in Sports Science.
