I only threw up the legitimate question of whether her background could INFLUENCE US foreign policy, such as the
1.4 billion we give to Pakistan every year.

Never said anything about betrayal. Are you drinking tap water again? What are you talking about 'immigrant baiting',
she's not an immigrant. Please do your homework before trashing fellow posters.
Of course her background influences her views. But so does the background of a Welsh-English Methodist. And both of them support giving aid to Pakistan. But you seem to worry about what might INFLUENCE Abedin but not what might influence Clinton. You think that her views must be investigated because of her foreigness. I made clear that she wasn't an immigrant and only sought to link immigrant-baiting to questioning of 'foreigness'. I am not trashing you--I am disagreeing with you and telling you that you're missing the point and questioning her for things she could not control instead of those she can. It's perfectly legitimate to question her views on Pakistan. It's irrelevant to attempt to ascribe those views to parentage and where she grew up and then use that as a reason to think her views are less legitimate.
