Well the New York Knicks remind me of the New York Rangers pre- NHL salary cap. They have a team jam packed with talent, but zero chemistry. Starbury is a great player, but in a sense he is the team leader and he creates more chaos and dysfunction than anyone on the team.
They really, really, REALLY need to do some restructuring on that team, because they do have some awesome talent and potential to be a contender in the East.

Trade Marbury to someone that will take him and his insane contract. And fire Thomas, and get someone in there that is experienced and with a solid vision. Thomas' vision has been so wishy washy, and seems to change on the fly.

Crawford, Curry, Lee, Marbury, Randolph, Richardson, Robinson, Rose, James... Wow. They have so much talent, but they don't play as a unit and have zero depth down the stretch.

They're in the atlantic, so they should be able to excel, I don't really get how Thomas' job is safe, but New York is crazy.
