book titled "Inkar-e-Hadees ka naya Roop-Islahi Usloob-P1.pdf" by a scholar named "Islahi"

Is this different book than "Allama Abdul Ghaffar Zahabi's article titled "Inkar-e-Hadees ka Naya Roop" انکار حدیث کا نیا روپ" ??

The author is Amin Uzair - not Islahi.
To me, after first glance, it seems that he is defending the Islahi view point coming out of Madarsatul Islah in Azamgarh.
I suppose you got to read it yourself to make up your mind.
