Siwaak and miswaak both mean the same thing, the twig that is used to clean teeth, but according to grammar,

Siwaak is the masdar, its the original word from which the verb has been taken. It means to use the twig to clean teeth

Miswaak is the object/tool which is used, as in the twig.

But both words can be used
