1. The Muslim woman has the same right as the Muslim man in all matters including divorce.

This is misleading because the husband has the right of divorce by default in a marriage (unless he grants it to his wife in the marriage contract). If the wife wants a divorce, she must ask her husband to grant and if he does not, she may then go to a judge in an Islamic court to be granted the marriage if she can provide proof that she has a valid reason for seeking a divorce from her husband.
