This is exactly what America want and what is mentioned in her Greater Middle East Initiative from 2004.
In order for democracy to prevail, the power has to be with the civil state, not the military.

So how could you say that this is exactly what America wants? Instead, America has always advocated the military or imperial types of government in the region to suppress the Islamic and other nations, that could be potential threat to their (American's) interests.

You are exactly advocating American concept. Opposing civil government and advocating Military government? Isn't it?
