The other day I was in Tescos - it's post Isha - I'm wearing my topi - Another Muslim wearing tope - young guy - comes up to me and says

. of course I returned the greeting. He asked my name, I asked his. He said 'Mahdi' -and just...paused...

For the briefest moment - my whole life just came into focus and I was like 'OMG I am meeting the Mahdi!' I quickly added to that thought.... 'In tescos!!'..
I quickly then thought 'Wait...what?!' - The poor guy - he just saw me with a hyper confused look on my face for about 3-4 seconds till I realised it would be highly unlikely the Mahdi would introduce himself to me.. In Tescos.

To cut a long story short, I'm ready for him inshallah! But when he comes, that's up to Allah swt!
