I realize my posts are offensive when i read them the next day, and open to
misinterpretation for those who i dont agree with. I cant get brother maripats words out of my head. So im apologizing to all those ive offended, im really sorry. i will keep my views to myself in sha Allah and will continue to search for the truth, no matter how small or big, against myself or against our people. But without offending anyone. The truth must be upheld even if we're the oppressed, even if the other side is lying & wrong, even if it weakens our position, and in sha Allah, Allah will compensate the muslims.
I suppose it falls on me to get them out from your mind.
Adolescence is the time when human children learn the power that Allah (SWT) have delegated to them.
Some times it might continue in later age also but in adolescence we usually do not know how to use that power.
Power is physical - in such cases youth ends up having trouble with others and hence with police.
Power is also intellectual.
In such cases the youth ends up thinking that his or her elders do not know some of the things.
Most of the time it a delusion - the exceptions are very-very rare.
So what is the way out?
Do exert your power but in the service of Deen of Allah(SWT).
To exert your own opinion is the most useless activity that we can take up.
Speaking from experience - after having lived in various diverse environments.
At this point one thought might cross the mind that well Mr senior you were not as smart as me - I can do better.
Sorry it does not work - even this sinner had these delusions that these oldies do not know enough.
This sinner got it wrong enough time in life to realize that Allah (SWT) is kind enough to give elders some thing that we lack.
It is wisdom.
The only care we have to take is that these elders are the elders of Deen.
There are worldly wise people in this world and even they are useless for us. Wisdom is useful only if it is useful for Akhirah.
This world will be left behind one day and so will be the worldly things that we earn by our worldly wisdom.
I feel anguish when youth insists on following its own course - sorry mankind has advantage over animal kingdom in that we benefit from the experience of earlier generations.
I have wasted enough of my precious life in revolt against elders.
It leaves me horrified when any youngster adopts the same path.
Madarsa is by and large free from this calamity - the exceptions are rather few.
Unfortunately they too are getting now affected by our virus.
Situation should be other way round - we people with so called modern education should be the ones to be inspired by the Noor that is there in Madarsa.
A believer has enormous responsibility in this world - whatever be his or her age. This word runs because of him or her for if there is no believer in this world then Allah (SWT) will wind up the whole universe - from here to Andromeda and beyond.
So why should a believer be so callous as to ignore the fact that every part of his or her life is supposed to be well inside Shariah. There is no matter of Takfir around here - we are talking about those who are believers. The question is whether they have submitted completely to Allah (SWT)'s command or not. That is what is at stake. A believer should not be looking for any worldly glory - being a Muslim is the biggest honour that you need. After you are a Muslim you should always feel that the whole life time is insufficient to thank Allah (SWT) for the glory of making you a Muslim. Why do we get distracted? Why do we ignore our elders and try to follow our own opinion? Why is it so delicious to love our own ideas?
