people here follow Scholars who follow in the tradition of one of the four madhabs

the view of Islam that you are advocating seems closer to that of the Muslim modernists or the Indian Ahle Hadeeth

people here believe that Islam is a deen (way of life) of transmission and that the best understanding of Qur'an and Sunah come through that which has been passed down not by our own limited self study.
