if its not from the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah then it is not Shariah

there are differences in the particularities of Fiqh between the scholars based upon their slightly different understandings of what the Quran and Sunnah are telling us, but the important thing is that the true scholars of Islam were academically and spiritually suitably qualified to try and interpret Quran and Sunnah directly (especially as they stayed within one of the four authoritative traditions of fiqh), but we are not.
Salams thank you that's what I am thinking Shariah is suppose to be from the Quran and Sunnah however some countries don't follow the Quran and Sunnah yet still call it Shariah. Like for example banning women from schools and work claiming that's shariah when it's against the Quran.
