sister Hello Kitty you need someone very learned to explain to you the very fine difference between Fiqh and Shariah as they overlap, but are not quite exactly the same thing. Understanding this difference should answer some of your questions.

In my brief and fumbling attempt I may suggest to you that Fiqh is the human attempt to reach to or accord with the Shariah which is God's Law. There are different understandings of Fiqh, but there is only one Shariah.
