how is it the same thing if your cheering an athelete VS the Flag? was it the way flag is moving? or its colors thats awe aspiring?

how can u compare the two?

I'm not really comparing the two tbh. I couldn't care less for my flag, anthem. Same with a sporting team.

I'm saying the same indifference towards the anthem etc should be given to sporting events.
