If you want to visit a place. Then I would reccomend you to visit Jamida Madania in Lahore, and meet Mufti Muhammad Hasan (db). A living wali.

If you are talking about the madrasa on Raewind road,the madrasa of ml Hamid mian RA,then indeed a place to be visited.Ml Mahmood mian db ( the son of ml Hamid mian RA) is also a Sahebe nisbat Shaikh.that place is full of roohaniyyat and ILM.
