I don't really buy into the excuse of needing to be clean shaven for work...does anyone have such rules?

Even if they want you to look presentable some brothers make an effort to at least grow a short beard and keep it neat if they can't grow it to fist length

clean shaven men do look girly

Sometimes we may not get a job unless we shave :/

This is a problem indeed... a big one.
