I would say that opt for ihtiyaat and choose the days when there is perfect green light

Sometimes couples need, based on their physical needs, a legal answer based on what is strictly allowed or not. Not what is better or what is more careful.

Also, this would perhaps extend the period with perhaps 5 days more when it is irregular, and the husband woud have to calculate the periods from the beginning and do a whole math calculation.
