What is the wife in question is not menstruating and according to the madhhab of the husband, it does count as menstruation, is it still allowed for him to be intimate with his wife?

This is the kind of stuff that makes me shy away from choosing a madhab.

I have the Quran, Hadith, and Sunnah.

So why do I need a third party Sheik What's His Name to tell me when my wife and I can have intercourse??
