brothers, I'm pretty sure it means past prophets too (given the context) but insha'Allah I would like to get it confirmed if correct and corrected if wrong.

Shari'ah is used to refer to either the laws that were given to the previous Ambiya 'Alaihimus salam or the complete law (Islam) that was given to Rasulullah
