I think we can expect expansions etc. No city stays the same forever. Not that I am condoning building toilets where our beloved Mother lived.

Actually i read somewhere before that it is a false news that the grave of our beloved mother Khadija RA was turned into toilet.
Sometimes people spread false news out of blind hatred without even verifying properly but Allahu alam as far as the news is concerned.
