Asalamu Aleykum Brothers and Sisters

Please help me with those questions I need help with

#1: Is it haram if you don't think intentionly about something bad (haram) you have seen before while making wudu or preforming Salah? Or is this also counted as weswas from the shaytan?

#2: Is it allowed to wear an underwear that is from the same material of the Ihram while preforming Umrah in Mecca? I have an extra Ihram that is quite small, so I can cut it and make one, but without any cotton provided of course.

#3: I've notice that I'm fighting weswas as well. When I have weswas, I think of something bad, not by intention but I'm really annoyed from it, it's just when I see someone the person infront of me bending infront I think of something bad, but not on purposely, I try to avoid thinking of it, but it's hard, is it haram?
