The numbers r arabic, same as the numbers in quran. Maybe there not that clear

The Quran has no numbering.

Mus-hafs generally tend to have Hindi numbering, as its the common one used in the east, since the westerners assumed authority over the Arabic numerals. I'd have thought, someone around here would know at least the very basics.
