Do what the prophet said every day and that is enough "authu bi kalimati llahi tamati", "i seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah" this is the best kind of taweez and the most beneficial, the numbers are invented even if their meaning isn't haram you can also judge the difference in barraka between the two based on that. Would you rather have the words of Allah or numbers that don't do anything more than if the words had been written down normally?
