I watched until 1:50.

One can argue that the practice of "bowing" before beginning the Judo is unislamic but it's not something intrinsically haraam to watch.

You're able to see women in the background and this is unavoidable other than in one way- not watch the video at all. Not to mention that if you wanted to watch it on tv, you wouldn't be able to tell when the matches start exactly so may turn on the tv and see some random woman presenting for a bit before the sports begin, etc.
