It takes me more than an hour to read one juz.

How does one finish 3 juz in one hour while following the rule of 'wa rattilil qur'aana tarteela'?

(this is a sincere question)

Tajweed and Tabyeen are wajib not tarteel like qari abdul basit.

A person can easily read a juz in 15-20 mins with tajweed/tabyeen even if he is not a hafiz.

in the end its all about ikhlaas, talluk with Allah. A person who finishes 60 qurans in ramadhan might end up getting less ajr than a person who completes one quran with difficulty in ramadhan depending on his ikhlaas and talluk with Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
