Tajweed and Tabyeen are wajib not tarteel like qari abdul basit.

A person can easily read a juz in 15-20 mins with tajweed/tabyeen even if he is not a hafiz.

At tarteel tajweed dul Huruf wa ma' rifatul wuquf...

I personally cannot finish one juz with the above tarteel in 30-40 min. Believe me I am born into pakistani environment where we read the first harf and the last .. with "min min" in the middle. So it has taken a lot of time to erase my teachings and resorting to slower, audible, and proper reading.

I have although seen huffaz do it conveniently.

in the end its all about ikhlaas, talluk with Allah. A person who finishes 60 qurans in ramadhan might end up getting less ajr than a person who completes one quran with difficulty in ramadhan depending on his ikhlaas and talluk with Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala. Yes, inshAllah.

Be that as it may, Let us set a score for the whole of SF (who so ever wish to report their khatams), to hit the 60 khatams mark (or even a bit higher) and we send all the thawaab to Nabi

and all our brothers and sisters of ummah in takaleef around the world.
