there really is no them or we

only us

and we too may have been "broadminded" once

and we make istighfaar upon our misdeeds
and duas for our brothers and sisters

who knows whom allah will elevate or disgrace

and allah knows best

this is true...however it seems like the liberal people think that these "narrow minded" people have always been this way...or that they are like this because they have been brainwashed by their families from a young age...and brain washed by mullahs because they are uneducated themselves and just believe whatever the mullahs have told them

many of the "narrow minded" people lived the same liberal lifestyle before they opened their eyes to the reality of existence...many of them then studied Islam and found that music etc is haraam and have left it despite their love for it
