No! As a muqtadi, you don't have to follow the imams posture that are not part of basics of salat i.e sujud, ruku, qiyam etc.
I don't raise hand when dua e nazjla is read out. I stand with my hands on the side although one can raise hand if they want!!

I occasionaly do rafayadin in Nafl salat away from public eyes as an act of sunnah just as I don't do rafaydin as an act of sunnah.
