Brothers

Do you find the traditional ittar (the Islamic stuff) a bit too flowery and overpowering for your non Muslim office noses?

I know some brothers who won't wear it and stick to "Western smelling" aftershave by Gillette and others!

Do you get more reward wearing Islamic perfume than a Western smelling one or it makes no difference?

The general rule for attar is dark for cold and light for warm weather.
I like to combine a few fragrances to get just the right one. Even with some "west" ones.
When I dress up I sometimes use silicone for the beared and hair and the combined smell of everything does turn heads! LOL!
