Our ulama do not allow us to say يا رسول الله outside of poetry or with the belief that Rasoolullah is present and listening, which is Barelvi belief and considered to be the belief of the Ahlul Bid'ah.

Bidah jamaat name themselves as Sunni jamaat

Modern bidati call themselves as Salafis without following the Salafs.
