I had a conversation with a kafir, we where talking about how tattoos are not permissible in Islam because it alters the creation of Allah. He said that would make Islam hypocritical because people are born uncircumcised and Muslims are at birth circumcised and that's altering the creation of Allah right?

For example if its already circumcised in the womb of the mother, it a sensitive part and might be hurt/infected/etc.
Might be its a coat of protection given by Allah.
