When I was a Catholic, we learned about Lenten fasting. When I heard they called it fasting I was a little ashamed. If Jesus

really gave up food and water for 40 days And all we do is give up something stupid like chocolate which we end up breaking any way. It's not fasting.

In Judaism they fast from sunrise to sunset. So we have some what the same. Only we fast from fajr adthan to maghrib adthan. We fast a little longer.

But in the end it doesn't matter, because we fast for the one, true God, Allah

which no one can say unless they're a Muslim.
