Asalamualaikum

A close friend of mine told me he heard a sheikh say it is haram to listen to car while in the car for most people since the speakers of the car will be at or below the feet (disrespectful). I don't remember the name of the sheikh he was talking about (he said he was based in Saudi) so just want some clarification b/c I use my commute time a lot for memorizing surahs.
