Brother what about people living in Western Europe for example Belgium/Holland/Deutschland countries heavily dominated by the ''Salafee religious scene'' no traditional religious scholars around i can pretty much say i am in such a situation. i have to rely on the internet and translated books for example.

There are several "Hanafi-Deobandi" scholars available in Germany.

I strongly suggest you to join the Euro-Sunni.com Team (see my sig), there you will be able to meet a lot of Ahlu-Sunnah people from different ethnic backgrounds, including converts.
