In the book put online by Ml. Farid Patel called Subh Sadiq wa Kadhib it is mentioned by Ml. Shabir Ahmad Kakakhel that he met Mufti Rashid Ahmad Ludhianwi in Jannuary 1984, discussed the prayer times with him and presented his research. Then he stated that Mufti remained was silent and doubted, and later on said that "I thought first that the only stance was 15 degrees, but now I do not rule out other stances such as 18 degrees and even 19 degrees." (p. 6)
