For womenfolk who adopt the 18 degree rule for sehri ends/fajr starts can I just confirm that they can then pray fajr at home as soon as sehri ends according to 18 degrees. So on the 1st of august, sehri ends at 2.18am in birmingham. Fast is closed and by 2:20am they can then pray fajr. as they are following 18 degree rule, there is really no need for them to wait for the 15 degrees to set in, correct?
