Brother Colonel, please could you clarify the following for me?

I got the salah times using the following website:

http://www.ukho.gov.uk/HMNAO/Pages/Home.aspx

It gives the imsak time for 1st Aug to be 01:55AM at 18 degrees, however my local masjid's timetable puts it at 03:30AM. If I personally want to be more cautious, is it better I go with 1:55AM and have my suhur before then?

Also, I appreciate you are not dealing with Esha in this thread, but I've asked a question previously i.e. is it better to pray Esha at the later times in summer, if one is able to, rather than praying in jamat at the masjid at the earlier time? And similarly could I use the very early fajr times these timetables give (based on 18 degrees) so that I can pray early and get some sleep before going to work in the morning?

brother, really appreciate your help and your effort in highlighting these important issues.

Ramadan Mubarak everyone.
