I know very little. But here is what I know.

Abu Bakr As-Sideeq

He was very thin. His waist was so small that his garment was always loose. But he was the most courageous in the battle field, there is a hadith in which Ali(ra) mentions it. His courage and stability even in times of calamity is well known.

Umar ibn Al khataab

He was very tall, that he could be spotted easily in a crowd. He was well built and had an immense physical presence. Also people were very frightened at the sight of Umar (ra). Its a true incident that when Umar(ra) suddenly turned around, a pregnant woman suddenly saw him and got so frightened that she had a miscarriage. Ali(ra) was with him I think, he said that blood money was to be given even though it was unintentional.

Our beloved Rasoolullah

was almost always accompanied by Abu Bakr(ra) and Umar(ra). There is a hadith in sahih bukhari(i think) where Ali (ra) mentioned that these two companions were always togather.

I do not know about the physical appearance of Uthman(ra) and Ali(ra).
Uthman(ra) was know for his Haya(modesty)
Ali(ra) was one of the fiercest warriors in the battle field and was a person with a lot of wisdom. I have heard he had a white beard before he died.
(ps. I have heard there some fabricated narrations regarding Ali(ra)'s appearance so make sure you verify it.)
