shaikh nazims followers claim he has secret hidden knowledge, salafis dont.

And this discussion is highloighting some SERIOUS double standards, I cant think of anything more important to post, unless you think I should just leave you guys to smash salafis whilst defending any charlatan sufi claimant

How can you expect anyone to follow your dawah when they see such blazingly obvious contradictions? Either strive for unity and avoid debate or be levelled and balanced and fair in your criticisms. Last time i was here tehre were 5 anti salafi threads just on the top page of threads. One shaikh nazim thread gets bumped and its immediately locked. Im not saying locking it was wrong, just taht surely the same shoudl be applied to the salafi bashing threads OR both groups should be allowed to be criticised. unles syou guys feel you are closer to haqqanis than to salafis?

The thing is trying not to say something about an individual . When one goes around Salafi bashing one do not need necessarily to attack an individual .They can argue the whole cognition of salafism.

Where as when one goes bashing an individual like Sheikh Nazim Haqqani we put our own selves in potential negative territory .

Better to leave the old man alone. I personally don't know what to think of him and prefer to stay silent. People misinterpret , Its better to think the best of a fellow Muslim . Allah knows best .

I saw the video and have to say even if your a skeptic on the timing he sure was spot on when it comes to analysis . He has someone advising him on world politics and economy ?
