I know about the symbol on the margin of the Quran which stands for each Juz.

But what do these symbols in the margin stand for which occur in between Juz.?

1.

2.

3.

4.

5. This symbol occurs in between the verses.

They show the quarters of hizb:
1. Rub' al-hizb: one quarter of hizb
2. Nisf al-hizb: one half of hizb
3. Thalatha rub' al-hizb: three quarters of hizb.
4. al-hizb: one hizb.
5. It shows the end of a quarter of hizb and the beginning of the next one.

P.S. They stand for hizbs, not for juz'.
1 Hizb = 1/60th of Qur'an; 1 Juz' = 1/30th of Qur'an.
P.s. Remember to differentiate the symbol 4 (one hizb) and symbol of one Juz (shown below). The are similar with extensions on top and bottom, but for the symbol of juz the sides are bulging.
