Bro,Mufti Saheb is a very humble but very strict person.My humble advice is that you should spend more time with him and consult with him,but do not rush into an islahi relationship because you would then be obliged to follow your sheikh and mufti saheb's tarteeb is very very strict.....
I don't know,but from my little impression and experience,you should be ready to become an outcast of society should you pursue an islahi relationship.also,Mufti Saheb is very close to Maulana A.S. Desai Saheb of The Majlis.

wassalaam bro do you know mufti saheb personally? i actually started this thread because i want true info on mufti, as i heard he is'nt actually as strict as some people have the impression... i know mufti boda is close to ml desai but i heard that is is'nt half as strict, like mufti saheb goes for umra thruogh-out the year, also he ears chocolates (heard he cant live withoout them!) and bakery things and i know they do eat sweets and crisps juices shop bicuits etc etc,.
