I doubt there are transliterated books like that. Thats good you can understand urdu when you hear the urdu lectures. May be try reading with the help of others who can read urdu fluently. As far speaking urdu, try to speak with urdu speakers and inshaaAllah over time, it will be improved. Allahu alam
