No it is not, Kanz ul iman By Alahazrat Imam ahmed raza khan is way better than your thanvis translation.
There are many translations better than thanvis. such as maarif ul quran, zia ul quran etc.

No doubt Moulana Thanvi was a great scholar. He did a lot for the society by demolishing bidahs; he got so much opposition from the green belts /// At one point of time , some person name Raza khan gave kufr fatwa on Ml. Ashraf Ali thanvi.

May Allah enlighten the grave of Ml Ashraf Ali thanvi RA
