I don't understand how anyone can consider this guy a shaykh but will happily jump on the bandwagon when barelwi's and halwa are mentioned in the same sentence. No one should take knowledge of the religion from him, whether it is fiqh or tasawwuf or interpretations of hadith. And no one should take knowledge of current affairs from him since his idea's on current affairs are based on his incorrect world view (regarding Yajuj Majuj, etc)
