i dont doubt in wudu and rakah of salah. I doubts nauzubillah about ALLAH Quran etc i know Quran is right words of ALLAH but i dont know why my heart doesnot satisfy and while Reading meaning of Quran why doubts comes to my heart. I ask for death many times but ALLAH doesnt give me that too

This has happened to me when I was in school and I would get sort of depressed. inshaaAllah you will be fine. Just make wudhu, sort refuge in Allah SWT. Do not read just the meaning of the Quran directly but read tafsirs like maariful quran as the ayats have been described well to the level of laymen. Kindly try that. The ayats of Quran are quite heavy and it needs ellobaration and when we dont understand reading just the meanings, a sort of stress builds up within us leading to such things. So kindly refer to the tafsir I suggested and also sit in the company of ulema and shuyook. When they give bayans, they will clarify many things from Quran and sunnah which will inshaaAllah help you. Mean time take a break and dont keep thinking.
