Brother, this is what I said previously:

fiqh of minorities leads to 'imams' as defined by nationalist regimes who seek to engineer their own versions of Islam, including gay imams who 'marry' sodomites. As this occurred in France, French nationalist ideology serves to redefine Islam to suit its own national ideology and follow French laws which legalize homosexuality and sodomy, criminalize polygyny and niqab, and so forth.

Do you have any opinion on this observation?
