Can you please tell me how to setup something like this where we can receive signal vis ham.

Hmm. Sounds tricky to me. Brother do you mean its illegal in your country to have a ham radio?
In the uk the masajid must have a license to transmit. Also I would only use these radios to receive a transmission as transmitting on them would illegal. As a result I would not give them to kids who are likely to press the transmit button.
