have you added "which is written in Fadhailil Aamaal" or does that appear in the statement of Imaam as Sakhawi?

I assume you mean Fazail-e-Amaal?

Yes it appears in Sakhawi's statement. If you want to spell it that way ( Fazail-e-Amaal) no problem.
Sakhawi meant that even though this Hadith is very weak one may still perform it and reap its FAZAIL benefits.
