Nowadays we have alot of talking about careers and having a career. I would like to explore in this thread what it is and where it comes from.

A career is a recent thing, it means having somekind of specilised expertise or proffession in something. I think we the mass educated masses have been indoctrinated to persue this thing called a career and it has been done to control us. I am however open to counter criticisms or views, so please do respond if you disagree.
